Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Fapplex ("Fapplex," "we," "us") collects from you, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using fapplex.com (the "Site"), you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, username, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), date of birth, gender, orientation, and country.
- Content you submit: photos, videos, confessions, ratings, comments, and profile avatar.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, and cookies used to keep you logged in.
- Usage information needed to run live features: who is in which room, seat, or camera slot at a given moment.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account, and to verify you meet the Site's 18+ age requirement.
- To operate the Site's features — rooms, live camera sections, ratings, confessions, and moderation.
- To investigate reports, enforce our Terms of Service, and remove content or accounts that violate them.
- To send you account-related email, such as confirming your email address. We do not send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the Site — a hosting provider to run our servers, and a video-streaming provider (Bunny Stream) to store and deliver uploaded videos. These providers only receive what they need to provide their service and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.
How long we keep it
Rating submissions and confessions are automatically deleted 30 days after posting, or sooner if you delete them yourself. Account information is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your choices
You can review and update most of your account information from your profile page at any time. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and data deleted, contact us at contact@fapplex.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS) — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
