Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Site contains sexually explicit material and is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to create an account or view content on the Site. By using the Site, you represent and confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violating these Terms or a room's posted rules.

3. Content you submit

You keep ownership of any photo, video, or text you submit to the Site. By submitting it, you grant Fapplex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it on the Site for as long as it remains posted, solely for operating the Site.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have the right to submit it.
• Everyone depicted, including yourself, is 18 or older.
• Everyone depicted has consented to appear and to being shown on the Site.

4. Zero tolerance for exploitation of minors

Content depicting or appearing to depict anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon discovery. Accounts responsible will be permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. Fapplex does not produce, direct, or commission any content on the Site — all photos and video are submitted directly by users or streamed live by users of their own accord.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Post content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Harass, threaten, or dox another user, including by revealing their identity without consent.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's content or livestream without their consent.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your age.
• Upload malware, scrape the Site, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use the Site for any commercial solicitation, including advertising other sites or services.

Individual rooms may post additional rules specific to that room; those rules are part of these Terms while you're in that room.

6. Reporting & moderation

We rely on user reports and our own moderation to enforce these Terms. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban an account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) your signature, (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (c) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site, (d) your contact information, (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Send DMCA notices to dmca@fapplex.com. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any user or their content is what it claims to be.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fapplex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any content posted by other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
